Terms for Product After-sales & Warrant

Thank you very much for your purchasing of our products. Asia Plus International Limited’s product warranty period is one year since your goods purchased.

We will repair or replace the defective products free of charge if which is under normal use over 5% within three month which is efficient from the date of shipment

• improper use or operation outside of the specifications and operation manual for the product;

• unauthorized modification, maintenance or repair;

• accident or damage from computer virus, dropping, hitting, scraping, high temperature, improper voltage, corrode, unforeseen disaster, etc;

• from nature disaster (earthquake, fire, etc.)

• other malfunction or damage from non-product design, material and workmanship.
